    1. Noise. Amplified sound after 10:00 pm or evening outdoor congregations of more than 8 people (excluding children). Additionally the “Party House Ordinance prohibits loud or unruly gatherings during the day keeping voices and other sound to a reasonable level.
    2. Commercial Uses of home, including, but not limited to, sales or exchange of products, events that charge a fee, or the promotion, display or servicing of any product is not permitted.
    3. Number of Guests.  No more than 2 overnight adult guests (18+) are allowed per habitable room, not including kitchens, during home-sharing activities. Children under age 18 are not counted towards this occupancy limit.
